Mysore, Dec. 3 (KCU&RK)- The process of issuing Aadhar, the Unique Identification Number, has been going on in full swing in the district and public have been asked to provide necessary documents and obtain the card, said Addl. DC Dr. C.G. Betsurmath.

Speaking to Star of Mysore here yesterday, Aadhar Project Manager Shivakumar said: "Totally 208 Aadhar Centres have been opened at 64 places in the district including city. A total of 1,21,703 persons have been issued the UID Card till Dec. 1."

Aadhar Centres have been opened at the following places in city:

Mysore One Centres at MUDA Complex, Ramakrishnanagar I Block and near Jayanagar Railway Gate, MUDA Complex near Doctors` Corner in Gokulam, Corporation Zonal Office opposite Vidya Vardhaka College on Sheshadri Iyer Road, Mysore One Centre near JSS Public School in Siddartha Layout, Corporation Zonal Office near FTS Circle, Community Hall in Hebbal, Kuvempu School in Saraswathipuram, Community Hall near JSS Public School in JP Nagar, Corporation Zonal Office in Udayagiri, Corporation Main Office on Sayyaji Rao Road, Akkana Balaga School near Thyagaraja Circle, Bal Bhavan in Bannimantap, Srikanteshwara School in Kyathamaranahalli, Mahajana`s College in Jayalakshmipuram, St. Antony School in Gayatripuram, Kanakagiri School on Sewage Farm Road, Hemavati School in T.K. Layout and Community Hall in Manchegowdanakoppal.

Shivakumar has asked the public to present documentary proof of age and address with photo and obtain the UID card.
