A 16-digit Aadhaar Number/ UID would be issued to every individual above 15 years of age, including NRIs, and foreigners residing in India. I am residing in Kuwait alongwith my wife Mamta and 2 kids for the past 3 years. We visit India once in a year. We would like to apply for the Aadhar Card.
